WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Mirra currently delivers to KL and Selangor only, weekdays (Monday to Friday).

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?

Lunch delivery: Arrives before lunchtime
Dinner delivery: Arrives before dinnertime
Exact delivery windows depend on your area.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

FREE delivery within the first 10km of our OUG kitchen — on every plan.
Beyond 10km: RM6 for a single delivery, plus RM3 for each additional drop.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?

Not at the moment — weekdays only (Monday to Friday).

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?

Yes — give us at least 48 hours' notice before your next delivery. Unused days convert to credits.

HOW IS THE FOOD PACKAGED?

Meals are packed fresh on the same day in our eco-friendly bento containers. Each meal is individually portioned and sealed.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?

Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the meals, as they are fresh and should be consumed the same day.

Mirra cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended deliveries that have confirmation to the address provided. The customer accepts full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address.
