Our story
Founded by women
who live it.
Mirra was born inside the Gaia Eats kitchen - shaped by two women who refused to choose between loving food and loving their bodies.
Yivonne & Tricia
The women behind Mirra came from the Gaia Eats team with one conviction: food should not feel like punishment. It should empower. It should be kind to your body and kind to the planet.
They built Mirra for every woman who is tired of choosing between feeling good and eating well.
Real food. No tricks.
We believe real, natural food has always been the answer. You do not need to count calories, starve yourself, or sign up for one more restrictive program to find your shape.
You just need meals that work with your body - whole ingredients, portioned right, genuinely delicious. That is why every Mirra bento is plant-based, 400-600 kcal, and made the way we cook for ourselves.
Six chefs. One nutritionist. Fifty+ dishes.
We partnered with six chefs across six cuisines - Malaysian, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, Western - each a master of their craft. Our in-house nutritionist balances every plate: right macros, right volume, right energy.
The result: 50+ dishes where nothing feels like "diet food." Nasi Lemak, Bibimbap, Pad Thai, Mei Cai Fried Rice - the flavours you grew up loving, re-engineered so you can eat well without losing joy.
Why we do this
Every woman deserves to feel confident in the body she lives in.
Mirra is our way of helping you get there - one bento, one week, one decision at a time. It starts from the inside: a body you have fed well, with food that respects you back.
Lighter plate. Lighter you. Lighter Earth.
